Creator Program · Open to everyone

Feature the wiki in your Pokopia content. We’ll pay you for it.

Make a TikTok, Reel, YouTube video, stream, blog post, or thread about Pokémon Pokopia — and shout WikiPokopia out somewhere in it. A link in the description, a page on screen for a moment, a verbal “full list’s on WikiPokopia”. That’s the whole bar.

Rewards go out every month. No audience floor. No application. No “approved partner” gate — just make something, drop the link, we review the same week.

One entry per creator per monthly round. If you ship multiple pieces in a month, pick whichever you’re proudest of.

By submitting, you confirm the content is yours and agree to the program terms below.

Common questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do I need a minimum audience?

No. Tiny accounts are welcome. A 200-view TikTok that introduces five new people to Pokopia is as useful to us as a 50k-view video. Submit whatever you made, and we’ll judge it on its own merits.

Which platforms count?

Any public, non-paywalled one. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube (long-form or Shorts), Twitch clips + VODs, Twitter/X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, written blogs, Substack posts. If a judge can open the link without signing into anything, it qualifies.

What counts as "featuring the wiki"?

Pokopia is the subject of your content AND WikiPokopia is pointed to in it. Anything from "full stats on WikiPokopia, link in bio" on a 30-second TikTok up through a long-form video that walks viewers through an entry. A link buried three scrolls deep in a description without any on-screen or spoken mention isn’t quite enough — we need a viewer who saw your content to have a reasonable shot at finding the wiki.

Can I submit in a language other than English?

Yes, and we actively want more non-English content — German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, Korean, anything. If it’s a language we can’t review natively, include a one-sentence English summary in the pitch field.

How often can I submit?

One entry per creator per monthly round. Post as much as you want in between — just send us your strongest piece when it’s time to submit.

How often does judging happen?

Monthly. Submissions close at the end of each calendar month; results go up on Discord within a week, and payouts go out within two weeks of the result post via PayPal or Wise.

Am I responsible for tax on a reward?

Yes. Rewards are paid gross in GBP. Any tax reporting or remittance in your country of residence is on you.

What gets disqualified?

Anything hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, factually misleading about Pokopia, or in breach of the host platform’s own rules. Bought views, bot-driven engagement, or AI-generated slop with no human input also disqualify an entry.

Terms

Promoter: Polaris Records Ltd, the operator of WikiPokopia (contact legal@polarisrecords.net). This is a skill-based prize competition under the laws of England & Wales; entry is free, judging is editorial, and rewards are paid at the promoter’s discretion in GBP. Open worldwide to individuals 18 or older. Submissions must be your own original work, must cover Pokémon Pokopia as their subject, and must reference WikiPokopia in the content itself (a link, an on-screen mention, or a verbal shout-out). We may refuse or disqualify any entry that contravenes these rules, the host platform’s terms of service, or applicable law, and claw back rewards already paid for disqualified entries. Submission data is processed under our privacy policy. We may amend, suspend, or end this program with 30 days’ notice posted on this page; entries already accepted for the current month are honoured under the terms in force when they were submitted. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
