The only Pokémon who can create Tinkagears — essential components for Lift and Elevator Platforms. Leads grand construction projects in the Skylands.
How to unlock
Find her in her half-built workshop tower on a floating island in Sparkling Skylands. Deliver 6 Concrete Bricks and 1 Iron Ingot for the initial Lift Platform to complete her introductory workshop commission — she forges her first Tinkagear on the spot.

Quest walkthrough
Reach Sparkling Skylands via the route that opens after clearing Rocky Ridges.
Find Tinkmaster’s workshop — her home is an oversized dumping-ground-style habitat inside a half-built tower on one of the floating islands.
Accept her “introductory workshop commission” to build a Lift Platform.
Deliver 6 Concrete Bricks and 1 Iron Ingot. She forges her first Tinkagear and joins the team.
Much later, she offers a follow-up “rebuild the huge building” quest for the tower’s second floor, which requires 5 refined Pokémetal bars (use a Rarify-specialty Pokémon to turn Star Pieces into Pokémetal).
